Greater Toronto Adjusters Inc. (“GTA”), conveniently located in Burlington, is seeking a full-time, in-person, office professional that can help with the administration of claims and provide support on files.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing creation & support of claims
- Typing file support documents & creating reports
- Review file damage material & compose results
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Utilize file support software & assist with office duties
- Additional administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal English skills;
- Education/Experience in Insurance Institute courses & office/claims file development;
- Strong administrative and organization background with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, schedule, and execute tasks with strong attention to detail, strong time management, and organization with guidance & supervision;
- Effective problem-solving skills with no hesitancy to ask when unsure of the situation;
- Positive and team player disposition;
- Typing speed sufficient to develop written products efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
