- Review and verify patient information for claims submission
- Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients regarding claim status
- Maintain organized and up-to-date claim files
- Assist in resolving any claim discrepancies or issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Clerical experience in a healthcare or insurance setting is preferred
- Ability to efficiently file and retrieve documents for claims processing
