**The Opportunity**:
Luminate Co Wellness Centre is seeking a Clinic Administrator to join our team and our established, growing clinic This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a talented, collaborative, client-focused team in an exceptional environment.

Established in 2019, Luminate Co Wellness Centre is a comprehensive Wellness Clinic with an established, steadily growing client base. Operating under the same roof as Luminate Co Wellness Market, we have established ourselves as HRM's premier destination for all things Natural Health and Wellness, with an exceptionally strong and loyal customer/client base.

Our Clinic is made up of a interdisciplinary team of Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncturist, Massage Therapists, Osteopath, Somatic Therapist, and Lactation Consultants - whom collaboratively treat many patients.

**Responsibilities**
- Support all aspects of daily clinic administration.
- Build client loyalty by exceeding service expectations and ensuring an exceptional client experience, always.
- Maintain electronic clinic records accurately and securely; booking & coordinating appointments, billing insurance companies on behalf of clients and checking in with clients.
- Uphold/maintain Wellness Centres esthetics & cleanliness.
- Manage relationships with contracted Service Providers.
- Managestock of clinic supplies; working to implement and continuously improve inventory Management systems.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to continually grow awareness in the community.
- Work closely with Practitioners to ensure that daily needs are met and relationships are strong.
- Helping to coordinate events and workshops in the community

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a clinic, medical or other similar environment in an administrative capacity will be highly valued.
- Be approachable, engaging, confident and enthusiastic
- Organized and professional.
- Team mentality.
- Has a strong business mind and motivation to grow our clinic.
- Works well independently and takes great initiative.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
