Halifax, Canada Bedford Chiropractic Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the clinic's daily operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, bookings, and collections
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies, clinic supplies and retail product
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance of clinic staff
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and providers
- Maintain medical records including confidentiality
- Track billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable & cash flow for the clinic
- Motor Vehicle Insurance and Workers Compensation claims filing, billing and management
- Manage payroll

**Requirements**:

- Healthcare administration, business administration, or related field experience is an asset
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with patients, staff, and providers
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
- Computer literacy with word processing and publishing software
- Experience with accounting an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Halifax, NS B4A 1G1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
