**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as our **Controller, Operations**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Lead and provide guidance to a large team of senior sector controllers, sector controllers and accountants
- Provide structure to ensure accurate financial statements within specific deadlines
- Ensure all financial-related contractual obligations for clients are being achieved
- Review client reporting/invoices accurately and promptly
- Review balance sheet analysis
- Answer queries for and support Operations Management and Sr. Management
- Address queries from internal and external auditors and the client
- Ensure operations adheres to company policies
- Participate in strategic projects
- Involved in the onboarding of acquisitions

- Accounting Designation strongly preferred, including knowledge of IFRS
- Supervisory or management experience is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Pays close attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
- Well organized and works well within a diverse team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient MS Office including exceptional Excel skills
- Experience in a computerized accounting environment (JD Edwards preferred)
