As a Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial, administrative, and operational aspects of the organization. This position requires a strong blend of financial acumen, strategic planning, and operational leadership.

- Qualifications _

A minimum of 7-10 years of financial management experience in a role as accountant auditor, or financial analyst. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
Proficiency in Accounting, demonstrate expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting including a solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting,
Ability to lead and manage a finance team, overseeing functions like accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Familiarity with financial software and tools including ERP systems Excel and MS Office. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey financial information to non-finance personnel and executives.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
The ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals and growth.
Aptitude for identifying financial issues and devising solutions.
High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity and confidentiality.
Understanding the specific industry or sector in which the company operates can be advantageous.
CPA with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience post-designation
Experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
