**Job Summary**:
We’re hiring a **Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator** who can not only manage our online presence, but also **shoot and edit videos** for property tours, Reels, Instagram Stories, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content. If you live and breathe content creation, understand what performs on social, and can bring our listings and brand to life on screen — we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shoot and edit video content** for listings, client stories, and social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop marketing materials aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action with a focus on engagement
- Monitor analytics and engagement, making adjustments to improve performance
- Stay current with social media trends, platforms, and tools
- Occasionally assist in on-site shoots including open houses, listing tours, and community features

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in **video shooting** (smartphone or DSLR) and editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Proven experience creating and managing content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Understanding of social media algorithms, branding, and content strategy
- Eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with real estate or interior-focused content is an asset

**Nice to Have**:

- Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Drone or gimbal usage skills
- Knowledge of content scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
