**Position Title**:Marketing Coordinator - Social Media

**Location**: Brampton Head Office

**Pay**: Competitive pay

**Summary**:
The Marketing Coordinator - social media will report to Operations Manager and will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media content for Ourr Home & Appliances, on multiple social media channels. Community engagement and analytic reporting will also be required. They will also play a role in coordinating other miscellaneous marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate, edit, publish and share content daily
- Monitor, engage and respond to comments/reviews on all relevant channels
- Develop and work from monthly social media calendars
- Prepare and present Social Media analytics reports monthly
- Create video content for social channels such as Reels & Live Videos, where applicable
- Support Marketing initiatives with co-ordination marketing projects where needed
- Manage and execute some influencer campaigns and content with agencies
- Attend company events, galas and dinners and capture social media content
- Assist with other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in Social Media, Marketing and Community Management for a company or brand
- Post-secondary education in social media/business/marketing, communications/PR, English or similar
- In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms
- Proven track record of exceptional writing skills
- Experience with creating video content for social: Reels/Live content
- Experience with paid social media content
- Some experience with social media content deployment strategy
- A good understanding of graphic design, including Adobe Suite
- An understanding of basic website and blog functionality
- Some experience in the appliance or retail industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
