**Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant**

**Location**: Saskatoon, SK
**Wage**: $24-$29/hour, depending on experience
**Timeline**:Full time, 12-18 month contract, with the possibility of transition into a permanent role
**Work schedule**: Work time is flexible but would typically include five eight-hour days, with the option to work from home on a hybrid basis in coordination with your supervisor.
**Travel**:Visits to various sites around Saskatchewan may be required on occasion.

We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team in Saskatoon. As Pier Solutions’ project coordinator, you will be tasked with assisting project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Reporting to the Director of Operations in Saskatchewan, your job duties will include:
Project Coordination
- Tracking project milestones by reviewing time cards and following up with subcontractors
- Completing purchase orders by lining up materials and labour with various suppliers

Project Administration
- Assisting with project estimation by calling suppliers, pricing materials, and ensuring there are no gaps in the project scope
- Drafting project proposals and gathering necessary submittals

Office Administration
- Archiving past projects and assisting with completion reports
- Organizing project and overhead documentation
- Collecting receipts and other paperwork from job sites to ensure information is gathered on a timely basis

Tasks associated with this role may be altered at the discretion of the supervisor.
- **Education and Experience**
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Completion of a degree or diploma program would be considered an asset

**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- A valid drivers’ license is a requirement

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
