**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. In this role, you will assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for the construction industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, resources, and documentation.
- Track project progress and prepare reports for management and clients.
- Communicate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support the preparation of project estimates, budgets, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role within construction is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of project scheduling principles and practices.
- Experience in reading blueprints, contracts, and technical documents related to construction projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
