You will be responsible for managing bookings for all our artists, implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new clients, and handling our social media presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Manage all aspects of the studio’s social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns and events to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and enriching experience that promotes loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Lead and motivate the studio team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with studio artists to create engaging marketing content that highlights their artistry and unique skills.
- Handle photography and image editing tasks for promotional content using Photoshop and other relevant tools.
- Administrative duties including front desk responsibilities, greeting clients, scheduling, daily cleaning and organizing of common areas, and inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the beauty, fashion, wellness, or creative industries.
- Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and content marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience with CRM software and customer data analysis.
- Skilled in using Photoshop and other image editing software, along with experience in operating professional cameras for photography.

**Schedule**:

- 12pm-7pm, 5 days per week. Flexible, rotating schedule that allows for some weekend days off.
