We work with clients in all market segments to provide them with comfortable and efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

We are looking to hire an experienced HRV and/or Ventilation Technician to be a Lead HRV Technician

**Duties**:

- Complete whole home ventilation inspections (HRVs, range hoods, bathroom fans, ductwork, etc.)
- Complete diagnostics for malfunctioning systems
- Keep diligent notes about work required to provide to office staff for repair estimation
- Communicate with office staff to effectively coordinate installation and service
- Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion

**Qualifications**
- Experience working in ventilation is required
- Experience working with air exchangers is an asset
- Experience working with other ventilation products (bathroom fans, range hoods, etc) is an asset
- Technical mindset is an asset
