Good Air Ventilation is currently expanding our team to meet the demands of our business - including the acquisition of one of the largest sheet metal shops in Nova Scotia

We work with clients in all market segments to provide them with comfortable and efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

We are looking to hire an experienced trades person to fill our Service Assistant Manager position **No ventilation-specific experience required****:

- training can be provided**

**Duties**:

- Complete whole home ventilation inspections (HRVs, range hoods, bathroom fans, ductwork, etc. - training provided)
- Complete diagnostics for malfunctioning systems (training provided)
- Keep diligent notes about work required to provide to office staff for repair estimation
- Communicate with office staff to effectively coordinate installation and service
- Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion
- Over see service technicians and ensure they are equipped properly for the days' service calls
- Provide feedback to service technicians in conjunction with the Service Manager to ensure teams are meeting Good Air Ventilation standards
- Complete clerical work as required by the position

**Qualifications**
- Technical/trades minded is a requirement
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are required
- Experience with supervising groups of 6 and below is an asset
- Experience working with ventilation is an asset
- Experience working with other ventilation products (HRVs, bathroom fans, range hoods, etc) is an asset
- Technical mindset is an asset
