**Responsibilities**:
- Perform on-site installations of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare work areas, including masking and protecting surfaces not to be sprayed, and ensuring proper ventilation.
- Operate spray foam equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate with customers, project managers, and team members to coordinate project timelines and address any concerns.
**Job Requirements**:
- Previous experience in spray foam insulation installation or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Understanding of building codes and regulations related to insulation installation.
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
