Duct Cleaner

**About Us** Good Air Ventilation Systems Inc. is a locally owned HVAC service company specializing in duct cleaning, air exchanger maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions. We’re based in Halifax and take pride in delivering clean, reliable, and respectful service to our customers.

We’re currently hiring for a Duct Cleaner / Air Exchanger Cleaner to join our growing team. Whether you're experienced or looking to get started in the HVAC trade, we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Do**
- Perform duct and ventilation system cleaning in homes and small commercial buildings
- Clean and service HRVs, ERVs, and related ventilation components
- Set up and break down equipment safely and cleanly
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence in customers’ homes
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Keep accurate records of work performed

**Who You Are**
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment in tight or dusty spaces
- Physically fit - able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous HVAC or duct cleaning experience is an asset, but **not required** - we’ll train the right person

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays (optional or overtime)
- Flexible hours available

Pay: $15.20-$30.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
