We are looking for Business Development Representative’s who can carry on this high standard. Our BDR’s are highly motivated and results oriented to make outbound calls to various customers. The BDR will be a brand ambassador in engaging with potential customers to show them the value proposition that Wurth Canada can offer their business. Wurth offers our customers the ability to do business with us in a number of ways: through a sales rep, our online shop, and most recently a physical store location that is in the City of Vaughan which offers 24/7 state-of-the-art technology. We want to promote our premium range of shop supplies catered to the automotive, trucking, industrial and construction market segments and lead the customer to their method of choice in engaging with us.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Researching/qualifying provided customer lists to better engage with customers
- Calling non-buying/inactive customers in the City of Vaughan and surrounding areas to help activate/reactivate them and start ordering with Wurth Canada.
- Organizing in-store tours for customers interested in our unique store concept (located in Vaughan)
- Channel to the right individuals (sales, tele-sales or store) potential leads or interested customers
- Quote products for interested customers
- Ensure on time and prompt follow-up to customer inquiries.
- Responsible for selling, upselling and cross selling new products to all non-buy/inactive accounts via outbound calls (Approximately 60 to 80 calls daily).
- Maintain updated account information through account management.
- Execute all selling requirements including current promotions and other sales objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education is considered an asset.
- Completion of a High School Diploma.
- 2+ year of experience in tele-sales.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette skills with strong communicational ability.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in an agile, and fast paced environment.
- Energetic personality with a go-getter attitude.
- Full proficiency in written and oral English.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite.
