Northern Business Solutions, a proud member of the **Melcarm Group Inc.** and one of Northern Ontario’s leading office equipment & document management providers, is looking for a motivated **Outside Sales Representative & Account Manager** to join our growing team.

This is an exciting **entry to mid-level role** for someone who wants to grow their career in B2B sales. Based out of our **Sudbury office**, you’ll have the chance to build strong client relationships, represent an innovative product line, and play a key role in shaping our continued success.

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive **new business development** while also nurturing and growing existing accounts.
- Build **long-term client partnerships**, often at senior decision-making levels.
- Deliver **consultative sales presentations** showcasing our full line of document management products and services.
- Track and manage leads through our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of your territory.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **B2B or direct sales** (office equipment/technology experience is an asset).
- Strong **presentation, negotiation, and closing skills**.
- A **consultative selling style** with the ability to think on your feet.
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven to exceed goals.
- Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset for this market, but not required.
- Full-time access to a reliable vehicle is required.

This is a **field-based role** (not remote or work-from-home). Approx. 30% of time will be in office. Minimal overnight travel will be required (approx. 5% of the time)
