Toronto, Canada FAB Restaurant Concepts Full time

Responsible for all aspects of event sales for the Sales & Event Division. Works with the support of the Sales & Events team to develop, organize and assist in delivering sales initiatives. Responsible for the initiation, development & maintenance of client accounts, contacts and bookings, and exploring new opportunities in the market, ensuring that goals are met through strategic planning, initiation and implementation of proven sales & promotional techniques. Contributes to meeting and exceeding departmental sales targets through acquisition of new and existing clients.

In this position, your primary duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers
- Be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue

and sales targets
- Have full product knowledge of all the facilities offered and ensure all opportunities are taken to promote product lines to existing and new customers while increasing the client base and maximizing sales
- Be aware of the key trends in the market and make appropriate recommendations, while taking appropriate action to achieve department’s targets
- Participates in regular strategy meetings to help develop new programs and initiatives that are designed to further maximize sales
- Work with sales & events team to organize event promotional initiatives
- Ensure timely communication of required meeting/function details to operational teams
- Ensure all bookings are followed up for appreciation, feedback and re-booking

- Coordinate all sales bookings to ensure accuracy, optimal use of space while maximizing revenue opportunities
- Ensure payment arrangements are secured for all events as per established procedures
- Establish key relationships with agencies and associations to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
- Be present to meet and greet customers as appropriate
- Host any promotion events, on premise or at external sites and entertain prospective client
- Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the department’s targets
Demonstrate a positive sales approach at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
