Toronto, Canada The Column Catering & Events Full time

New venue opening in EAST YORK, looking to hire a self-starter to create and maintain venue image and customer service. This position will allow for open creativity with marketing content and materials, working with the owner to execute the vision and goals in place.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in the hospitality, marketing & tourism.
- 2+ years of events g experience
- Smart serve
- Food Handlers

**Skills and Responsibilities**:

- Events Coordination _
- Sales and customer service, answering inquires and providing quotes to new and returning clients.
- Working with clients to create event BEO and menu planning based on the clients specifications.
- Organizing event inventory and order external rentals when required.
- Scheduling of FOH staffing for events.
- This position require the coordinator to be present for event set up & execution.
- Additional duties may include: _
- Assisting with marketing material/images for advertising and promotions.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
