**Position Overview**:
Our Front of House teammates play the critical role of creating memorable guest experiences. They do so through demonstrating hospitality from the moment the guest arrives to the moment they leave. Whether working as a host, cashier or bartender, this role could involve greeting and seating guests as well as tracking reservations, to preparing our signature drinks to specification and in a timely manner.

**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Able to complete physically demanding tasks - standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
- Comfortable with handling a knife
- Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus)

**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Checks the quality of each menu item before serving
- Labels bags and communicates with drivers for take out and delivery orders clearly
- Packages orders to ensure safe transport by using the proper size bag, box, etc.
- Accepts and unpacks dessert, retail and beverage ingredient deliveries
- Ensures a smooth service by being resourceful when problems arise
- Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks quickly without sacrificing quality
- Provides customer satisfaction by assembling and serving drinks
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station as you go
- Adheres to outlined healthy and safety procedures
- Ensures a smooth service by completing inventory counts
- Articulates product knowledge clearly to coworkers and guests
- Memorizes menu items and ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Communicates openly with FOH and BOH about shortages and assistance
