Location: Kensington Market, Toronto (256 Augusta Ave) and Waterworks Food Hall (50 Brant St)

Otto's Berlin Döner is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our front of house team. As a crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will handle high volumes of customers efficiently while ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Operate the point of sales system efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer orders.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Close the restaurant, including cleaning and preparing for the next day.
- Report inventory levels and any notes to the Front of House Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in handling high volumes of customers.
- Proficiency with point of sales systems.
- Smart Serve Certification.
- Food Handlers Certification.
- Exemplary communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage inventory and restock supplies timely.
- Ability to close the restaurant and ensure cleanliness.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:
