**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system, processing payments efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and serving, adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, promoting menu items through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Barista experience (preferred)
- Able to take deliveries with a valid G2/G license and a car (preferred)

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
