Primrose Bagel Co. is looking to hire a Front of House Team Member at our shop located in the up-and-coming Oakwood Village. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service and bagels.

**Who We Are**:
A neighbourhood bagel shop in the up-and-coming Oakwood Village, Primrose Bagel serves up fresh baked bagels, cream cheeses, lox, and an assortment of sandwiches with an attention to quality ingredients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process in-store transactions, ensuring positive customer experience for each guest
- Describe menu items to guests and answer ingredient-related questions when asked
- Brew and serve coffee and tea to guests
- Package and hand off orders to guests and delivery drivers ensuring orders are handed out accurately and correctly
- Organize and package online preorders and live orders
- Assist with opening and closing of the shop
- Maintain cleanliness during service
- Label and date retail items
- Restock retail shelves and fridge
- Restock packaging shelves at the end of each day

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1+ year(s) experience in a food and beverage customer service role
- Proficient in operating POS systems (familiarity with Square POS and Ubereats a plus)
- Provides warm and friendly customer service with a positive attitude and a smile
- Ability to work in a busy, faced-paced setting while prioritizing positive customer service and cleanliness at all times
- Knowledge or the desire to learn about bagels and appetizing foods
- Desire to grow within an expanding company

This is a full-time position with five shifts a week. Shifts are typically from 7am to 3pm. Weekend availability is required. Following a three-month probationary period employees gain access to a full company health benefits package.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
