London, Canada Nutritional Management Services Full time

Nutritional Management Services is expanding and looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office team situated in London.
- Post-secondary certification in Office or Business Administration.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A pleasant and professional telephone manner.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- All reception duties -answering multi-line phone system, directing calls, recording and forwarding messages, etc.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and complete in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to Head Office staff as well as Regional Managers, Dietitians, Sales, Human Resources, Purchasing, and Unit Managers.
- Provide computer support by utilizing skills required for Word, Excel, Power Point, graphic packages as well as NMS software programs.
- Monitor faxes; communicating priority 1 directly to RD in the absence of the NMS Director.
- Menu Modules support, menu revisions, program updates, recipe updates, and all other tasks as required for the maintenance of the software program and input for the use of the units.
- Organize network file path locations and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and revise office policies and procedures.
- Prepare company and unit manuals, Policy and Procedures, menu material etc. ensuring that the information is up to date.
- Prepare posters, flyers, menus, and cards for unit/company needs.
- Coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of the office with cleaning company and staff.
- Any other general office duties as required, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Projecting a positive corporate image, professionally greeting clients when they come in.
- Being inclusive and social able with other staff members.
