**Title: Office Administrator**
Objectives
This position will be an office administrative support position which will include assisting with a variety of specific administrative tasks, guiding and informing visitors on COVID-19 protocols and processes & will report to the Branch Manager
Job Duties
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments for preventative maintenance by managing and maintaining PM information system
- Writing-up estimates and quotations, providing after sales service including follow-up calls
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc
- Follow up after the service call to ensure that customer's expectations were met and exceeded
- Back up for both service and parts department
- Maintain workplace office security by issuing, visitor badges, ensuring vaccine protocols are followed, collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Greeting visitors with a positive, upbeat and helpful attitude
- Scanning documents
- Assisting with a variety of specific administrative tasks including maintain WSIB request list. Liability insurance request list
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Provide excellent customer service
- Any other tasks assigned by Branch Manager
**Skills**
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- Consistent, professional dress, and well manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
