**Summary**

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at our Corporate Office. This role is essential for managing our financial transactions and ensuring timely payments to our suppliers. Located in Sherwood Park, this position plays a vital part in maintaining our operational efficiency and supporting our growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry for invoices and payment requests into the accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as ADP, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian is an asset.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
