**About the position**:
The main purpose of this job is **new business lead generation**, supporting growth within the company. The role involves researching care groups and developing business opportunities by contacting care homes, hospices, and other care facilities to introduce Alivio Care's services. The postholder will seek out lead potentials to develop into new business. Additionally, the role includes recognizing where drop-in visits will be beneficial and communicating this to the leadership. The use of CRM systems is essential for adding leads, contacts, and logging communications. The postholder will also be responsible for doing presentations for sales to potential clients increasing sales and revenue of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Care group research and business development.
- Contacting care homes, hospices, and other care facilities to introduce Alivio Care.
- Seeking out lead potentials to develop into new business.
- Recognizing where drop-in visits will be beneficial and communicating to the leadership.
- Using CRM efficiently, adding leads, contacts, logging communication etc.
- Organizing and booking appointments for presenting our services to potential client to increase sales and revenue.
- Promoting our services and education to homes and groups.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in contacting new business and introducing services.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized, tidy, and efficient.
- Drive and self-motivation.
- Accountability.
