Job Description: As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering calls, greeting clients, sorting mail, processing payments, and booking appointments
- Drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and documents
- Performing general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, filing, printing, data entry, and photocopier maintenance
- Assisting with light bookkeeping tasks, such as posting payments and preparing bank deposits
- Conducting minor repairs on hearing aids
- Participating in marketing and business development initiatives, including presentations and strategy development
- Qualifications:Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Experience working in a professional services environment is preferred

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles (preferred but not required)

Knowledge of hearing aids or the audiology field (preferred but not required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
