**Company Description**

CEDA is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk based out of our Calgary, AB office.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Process and complete daily EFT and cheque remittances using ChequePro and online cheque banking deposits
- Allocate remittances and payments to customer accounts accurately
- Review, reconcile, and report on assigned customer accounts
- Address inquiries from internal teams and customers in a timely manner
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team during audits and any other related tasks
- Compile monthly reporting of daily banking transactions for Treasury Department
- Other duties as assigned

**Role Specifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping or similar position
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (pivot tables, lookups, etc)
- A diploma or certificate in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX would be an asset

- Strong organization, prioritization, and **problem solving** skills with a high attention to detail
- You are highly **motivated and proactive**; eagerly accepting new challenges
- You're happiest working in a team and representing CEDA and have the ability to work independently
