**Responsibilities**

  • Process and record incoming payments accurately in the accounting system.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment terms, outstanding invoices.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients to foster positive relationships.
  • Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with clients and team members.
