About Orca Spirit Adventures
We’re Victoria’s #1 whale watching company, taking guests out on unforgettable marine wildlife tours aboard our covered vessels and zodiacs. Our team is passionate, adventurous, and driven to create incredible guest experiences every day.
We’re building a small, creative, and results-driven Digital & Sales Team made up of two specialists plus our General Manager. One team member is focused on social media, content, and local and digital community engagement. This new role will focus on performance marketing, charters, and group sales — together, the three of you will form a powerhouse trio covering all sides of digital and sales growth.
What You’ll Do
- Run and optimize ads on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to bring in bookings.
- Track results (GA4, Zaui, ad dashboards) and turn data into clear insights that drive action.
- Grow our charter and large-group sales: build relationships, pitch experiences, and close deals with tour operators, schools, corporate clients, and travel partners.
- Team up with our Social Media Specialist to align campaigns, creative, and messaging across paid and organic channels.
- Spot new opportunities for promotions, audiences, or partnerships that drive more guests to Orca Spirit.
- Report what matters — conversions, ROI, and big wins — in a clear, actionable way.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 analytics).
- A natural connector — you enjoy building relationships and can confidently sell experiences to groups and corporate clients.
- A mix of creative and analytical: comfortable with ad dashboards and spreadsheets, but also with pitching ideas and writing sharp ad copy.
- Highly organized, curious, and motivated to make an impact in a small team.
- Tourism or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
