Your core responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Responsible for all aspects of digital campaign delivery for our clients, from strategy, build, quality assurance, and reporting to internal teams and to clients; - Proactively make strategic campaign recommendations to improve performance to exceed client and organizational KPIs; - Collaborate with organizational teams to optimize design, content, and technical elements **Requirements**: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following: - Professional experience in an active marketing role, with key responsibilities including digital campaign management, analytics, and analysis reporting; - Current certifications in digital advertising platforms are required, demonstrating your commitment to best practices and continuous learning; - Proven organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines; - Experience in crafting engaging, conversion-focused ad copy and content to align with campaign objectives. It would be awesome if you had: - A university/college degree or diploma in Marketing or a related discipline - Previous agency experience - Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google LookerStudio, and/or Google Search Console. **A Day in the Life** This role is based at our Victoria, BC office and involves in-person collaboration with our team. It is not suitable for remote work. This is a full-time position with core hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday. Flexible hours are available to accommodate personal responsibilities. Occasionally, work outside of regular hours may be necessary to meet campaign requirements. On any given day, you’ll work closely with a team of collaborative, high-performing marketers. You’ll contribute to building and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and recommending improvements that help our clients succeed. In this role, your ability to spot patterns, test new ideas, and refine campaigns will make a direct impact.
