Our team of digital marketing experts brings to the table decades of experience in online strategy, search engine optimization, website design, and more.

We're growing and expanding our digital marketing and web design services on Vancouver Island and on the lower mainland, and are looking to add a PPC specialist to our growing team. Ideally, you've got great experience with Meta and Google Ads, as well as great communication and writing skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conversion tracking
- GA4 and reporting
- Comfort with landing page review, feedback - bonus points if you know Wordpress/Elementor
- Knowledge of best PPC practices, and comfort navigating platforms.
- Experience in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Comfortable using Meta to schedule social media content (static, stories, and reels)
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Copywriting skills (NO ChatGPT - we check)

**This position is part-time, casual, choose your own hours. Preference will be given to those in Victoria.**

Work may be completed remotely.

The position and pay are freelance, and work may be completed at any time of the day. We offer a monthly budget for professional development with courses through Google, Hubspot, or are open to suggestions as well. Our team uses Harvest and Basecamp to track project status, and time track tasks, as well as Slack for communication.

We do provide ongoing training opportunities for those interested in learning new skills in the digital marketing world.
