Please note this is an on-site role, standard hours are 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday. Hardy Sales is a local, Family owned and operated wholesale food Distributions Company since 1982.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders accurately
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
