**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee hours and benefits.
- Support human resources functions by maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and coordinating training sessions.
- Oversee vendor management by liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring all logístical details are managed effectively.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and external partners.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources practices is a plus.
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.

Pay: $18.50-$21.50 per hour
