**You as an Equipment Manager will**:

- Manage and oversee all equipment-related deliverables to the health authority
- Build tender packages, draft equipment specifications and scopes of work, issue for bid, review results with detailed analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate project schedules/work plans between equipment, design, procurement and construction, and delegate duties & tasks accordingly
- Assist in the development of work processes and work plans, and the development of project budgets, fees, and schedules.
- Represent Equipment at User Group meetings and mock-up reviews to coordinate equipment into the design and manage expectations (clinicians, nurses, hospital staff)

**Is this the right role for you?**
- 3-5 years of Equipment management experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Previous work on Design Build projects is an asset
- Comfortable working with equipment lists in information database systems such as MS Access, DRofus, Revit or similar
