There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the** Construction** team in** Vancouver **as a Materials & Equipment Manager. This role will be responsible for providing and ensuring logistics, organization, maintenance, delivery, supervision and support needed to optimize equipment and materials for daily use.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are organized and maintained to a high standard and ready for daily use, arrange regular service work and maintenance for items such as trucks, concrete pumps, placing booms, cranes, pumps, forms loading platforms concrete buckets etc.
- Coordinate all safety requirements, certifications and structural testing.
- Conduct some day-to-day maintenance of equipment and tools as required.
- Order parts and materials as required for daily operations.
- Logistically manage day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Organize and store equipment, materials, and spare parts in the yard and warehouse facilities, optimize space and storage, and organize and maintain records of locations and use.
- Deliver equipment and materials to job sites as required and potentially operate the equipment if needed.
- Ensure all maintenance records are kept up-to-date and organized

**Summary of Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- BC Driver's License (Class 5 or 7) (required)
- 2-4 years of experience on a construction site
