- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable product solutions.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative or in a similar role within the electrical industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills to provide technical solutions to clients.
- Self-motivation, ambition, and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to attend industry and customer trade shows to represent ElectriXwest Agencies.
