**Industrial **Sales Representative**

Air Filter Sales and Service delivers specialized, high-quality dust collection products and services across a wide array of industries. We are seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to manage and grow our client base in central and northern Alberta.

By providing practical solutions for industrial air filtration systems and production machinery, Air Filter has built a solid, growing customer base across Western Canada. The primary role of the Industrial Sales Representative is to source new business opportunities and maintain and grow existing client relationships. This position would appeal to a highly driven and assertive personality who is motivated by achieving goals and results while working effectively under pressure.

In this high paced, relationship-based sales role you will work closely with the General Manager and collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team to exceed sales goals and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Our sales team is provided with all the necessary resources to succeed in our industry which includes superior in-house and on-site training by senior sales representatives, a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone. This remote work opportunity will require frequent overnight travel around central and northern Alberta with occasional onsite meetings in the Calgary office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand sales within a designated region
- Promote and sell products, services, and concepts to new and existing clients
- Cold call new prospects and network within organizations to identify key decision makers and opportunities for expansion
- Implement sales plans and growth strategies to meet and exceed performance targets
- Develop and deliver sales objectives, forecasts, and concepts in line with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal administration, purchasing, warehouse and service departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and attend internal company wide meetings when required
- Create and follow up on quotes, close sales opportunities, support the service crew with onsite issue resolution and assist with collections as needed
- Perform all job functions with adherence to Air Filter’s philosophy and values and safety standards
- Commit to frequent travel around central and northern Alberta

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum 3 years of sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
- Proven ability to network within client organizations to identify all key influencers and decision makers
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to think critically, solve problems and resolve issues
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an aptitude for building customer relationships
- Ability to withstand dusty and dirty industrial environments
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, etc.)
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
- Valid class 5 driver's license complete with a clean driving record
