Coordinator, Plant Operations

**THE COMPANY**
Basic Grain Products Inc., is an established snack food manufacturer located in Coldwater, Ohio, with over 40 years of experience and excellence.

This is a full-time positionand is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about manufacturing, is a multi-tasker and can work collaboratively across departments.

Our office is easily accessible via public transit, just a comfortable walk from the Production Way Skytrain Station.

**THE POSITION**
This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are seriously seeking long-term career stability and fast-tracked advancement opportunities.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- College Graduate or University degree preferably in engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment ideally in the foodindustry.
- Experience in CMMS and ERP systems preferred.

**Required Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High IQ with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to details and thoroughness.
- Willing to step outside of core duties and responsibilities to address needs as they arise.

**Job duties include but not limited to**:

- Assisting the general manager in monitoring and coordinating plant operations.
- Ensuring regular maintenance tasks, PM programs and special projects are completed competently and on a timely basis.
- Recommending, implementing and managing solutions towards continually improving plant operations.
- Ensuring company’s policies, programs, procedures, and practices are properly and consistently implemented.
- Assuming other duties as assigned.
