**Purpose of the Role**:
As the Field Operations Lead, you will ensure the operational readiness of the pilot plant for the demonstration site to verify that the plant is fully prepared for smooth, efficient, and safe operations. The position requires frequent travel and deployment to various sites to install, commission, operate, and maintain equipment, and to train site operators.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Process Operator, with a strong understanding of plant operations and safety protocols.
- You have a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in operations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- You have a background in technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience, enabling you to adapt to complex systems and processes.
- You have a strong safety focus, and experience in the Oil & Gas industry is considered an asset.
- You have completed safety certifications such as First Aid, H2S Alive, WHMIS, and Basic Firefighting—or are willing to obtain them through company-provided training.
- You have a valid Power Engineer ticket or equivalent certification, meeting the operational requirements of the facility.
- You have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, across process, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- You have a proven track record of delivering results, consistently meeting schedule, quality, and budget expectations.
- You have a valid driver’s license, enabling travel to various sites as required.

**What Success looks like in this role**:

- You will travel frequently (up to 75%) to sites across Europe and North America, including deployment to a Demo site for the duration of test campaigns.
- You will execute the Pilot Plant commissioning and test plans, working closely with site Crafts and Svante Subject Matter Experts to ensure successful startup and operation.
- You will monitor and operate the pilot plant within defined parameters, adjusting process variables in collaboration with the Process Engineering team to meet test objectives.
- You will ensure the installation and operation of the Pilot Plant aligns with the design intent, conducting inspections and performing maintenance to minimize downtime.
- You will train and oversee Site Operators, providing daily operational guidance and ensuring safe and efficient plant performance.
- You will coordinate onsite maintenance and repair activities, ensuring all work is conducted safely and in compliance with site protocols.
- You will maintain accurate records, including equipment performance, maintenance logs, and incident reports, and generate daily operational reports for management.
- You will collaborate with project teams on the development and review of key project documents such as commissioning plans, test plans, and safety procedures.
