**What You Will Do**:
- Provides assistance to the Human Resources department for a specialized filing project
- Scans employee personnel files
- Loads personnel file documents into a designated Sharepoint folder as per instructions
- Create files within Sharepoint as needed
- Organize specified terminated employee files for confidential disposal
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters
- Other duties as required
**Position Details**:
- Working at 3 South Edmonton facilities
- Temporary
- 2 -3-month contract
- Part-time (4-6 hours daily, Monday - Friday)
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Good data entry skills
**Physical Demands**
- Pre-employment testing including background check
