**T-MAR Industries Ltd.**, a cornerstone of British Columbia's forest industry since 1984, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. We specialize in the design and manufacture of innovative logging equipment—such as our renowned Log Champ Swing Yarders and hydraulic grapples—serving the forestry, hydroelectric, mining, marine, and pulp and paper industries.

**About the Role**:
As an Administrative Assistant at T-MAR, you will play a key role in supporting our operations. This position provides essential **administrative, production planning, and financial support** to help ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our dynamic workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **Production Planning Support**, including scheduling assistance and data coordination.
- Support the **Accounting Department** with invoicing, purchase orders, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including **scheduling, reception, correspondence, and filing**.
- Maintain accurate and organized **records, spreadsheets, and databases**, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Coordinate **meetings** and manage office supply inventory and procurement.
- Assist various departments with **document preparation and internal communications**.
- Collect, compile, and manage various types of **operational and administrative data**.
- Handle multiple priorities and shifting tasks with **flexibility, efficiency, and professionalism**.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of administrative experience**; experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Background in **financial or accounting support** (e.g., invoicing, bookkeeping, data entry).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office systems.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking** abilities.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills.
- A **positive, team-oriented attitude** with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
