Port Coquitlam, Canada KTX TRANSPORT Full time

We are currently hiring a **Dispatcher / Admin / Customer Service** to join our team in Port Coquitlam, BC on a full-time basis.

**The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide rate customer service and assist with transportation and logistics proposals to clients.
- Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving issues that may arise, monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for prospective customers into computer database.
- Develops and maintains positive on-going relationships with all prospective clients.
- Conducts follow-up calls on prospects.
- Provides rates and alternative freight solutions for potential clients.
- Collaborates with operations department to problem-solve and provide optimal transportation service.
- Performs related duties as assigned by the Manager

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Able to work independently and as a team when needed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Have a good work ethic and willingness to learn
- A Positive attitude

**Compensation**:

- Semi-monthly pay schedule
- Vacation entitlement
- Benefit package including; health, dental and vision (After 6 months of Probation)
- On-site parking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
