**What Role Will You Play?**

As the Recruiter/ HR Analyst at TSYS, you would:

- Work closely with hiring managers to conduct interviews, present offer letters, creating job requisitions, and provide frequent status updates through reporting.
- Promote TSYS through hosting and attending hiring events
- Maintain personnel files
- Administer benefit and RRSP paperwork
- Provide support to the training and development team.

**Who You Are**:

- College Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, and some experience using an HRIS system.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and practices within the legal and regulatory environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 Years of relevant experience as an HR Analyst, HR Generalist, or Recruitment considered an asset
- CHRP, CHRL, or RPR considered an asset
- Bilingualism is considered an asset but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $56,000.00 per year
