Currently, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a **Recruitment Coordinator** to support our projects in Northern Ontario. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for all levels of positions within the organization. The** **key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Working closely with personnel from the HR Department, as well as other departments
- Ensure the end-to-end recruitment cycle is being managed within our Applicant Tracking System and coach hiring managers on the overall recruitment and selection process
- Represent Technica at recruitment events including career fairs
- Assist with other HR related tasks/projects as required

**Qualifications**
- University or College degree in a related field is considered an asset
- Previous experience in a recruitment, human resources, or related field is preferred
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management skills
- Proficient in computer literacy (i.e. MS Office, Word, Excel)
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work independently
