- Research and identify potential tour destinations, attractions, and activities
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to create comprehensive tour itineraries
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, meals, and special requests
- Educate clients about the tour details, including historical and cultural information
- Lead tours and provide guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for participants
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns before, during, and after the tour
- Conduct post-tour evaluations to gather feedback and make improvements for future tours

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse group of participants
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively convey information to clients and address their needs
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate international clients
- Proficient in public speaking to engage participants during tours
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for clients
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by our target audience
