**Our Marketing Team**

Reporting to the Executive Vice-President, the Creative Merchandising Manager will be a part of the Display Architect’s team, a group of creative individuals who design and coordinate the build of the merchandising displays for over 700 dealers. This team is also responsible for the design and build of tradeshows, Hardscape Summit and the Showcase tour across Canada and the United States. You will also be responsible for ensuring that display and merchandising projects are executed on scope, on time and on budget. You will have the opportunity to take place within a creative and dynamic team while providing direction resulting in the company’s visual presentations are always on brand.

**Project Management responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the design development & execution of all new & existing merchandising fixtures for Techo-Bloc globally.
- Create project break down and timelines, assigning right person to each task.
- Manage and update the internal project management system (Teamwork) by leading weekly meetings with the team and it’s individual members to review project progression and address any roadblocks.
- Organize creative design meetings with your team for the different events and merchandising projects.
- Conduct status meetings involving different departments (Client Support, Rep. Support, After-Sales, Production, Logistics etc...) to inform them of progress and any unforeseen problems, and/or missed deadlines.
- Ensure that annual personal objectives for each member are set;
- Contribute strategically on how to best keep projects on schedule and identify process improvements.
- Partner with the sales teams to understand timeline of new store openings and delegate responsibilities to support business expansion and store renovations.
- Ensure that the full range of Techo-Bloc products is well represented in our US and Canadian dealer net work.
- Ensure all marketing and merchandising tools are updated yearly as required.
- Track merchandising productions timelines and communicate project status updates to the sales team;
- Participate in the elaboration of the merchandising strategies and communicate the action plans to the marketing and sales team;
- Manage the launch from creation to delivery of all new merchandising item with the different departments. (graphic, merchandising and design, customer service, sales and logistics department;
- Work with budget allocated to the department and project.
