**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging logistics
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounting and/or administrative assistant or similar role
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using SAP Business One would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Correspond with customers with overdue accounts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
