This is a part-time position on a one-year contract. The working hours are: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at our Creighton Office.

The McIlvenna Bay Cu-Zn-Au-Ag deposit is one of the largest undeveloped VHMS deposits in Canada. Foran recently announced (2024) approval by the Board of Directors for the project to proceed to the formal construction phase with initial production expected in Q4 2025. The McIlvenna Bay deposit’s core commodities are critical for the global transition to green energy and Foran aims to extract these critical minerals in a sustainable manner by empowering local communities, contributing to circular economies and protecting the environment for future generations.

As part of the Human Resources team, the **Office Administrator** will be responsible for managing the front counter, handling general inquiries, scheduling appointments and performing various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
- Greeting visitors and delivery personnel to the office
- Maintain data entry of training documentation
- Scheduling training & orientations
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages/prepare outgoing mail and courier services as needed
- General management of the office such as ordering of supplies, managing meeting room bookings, general office inquiries
- General office duties as required
- Provide support to other departments with ad-hoc tasks or projects as requested

**Job Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners and photocopiers)
- Experience operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently

**Compensation and Benefits**:
We offer a competitive starting salary range of $22.10 - $26.90/hour based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
